Returning to Sex & Intimacy Postpartum
Returning to sex & intimacy after having a baby is an important topic that is on everyone's mind and yet there is not not much of any guidance given on how to return other than "you are all clear".
It's normal that this is an area that postpartum people are looking for some support since you are so far away from who you were the last time you had sex on a physical, mental and emotional level.
This program was created out of a passion of guiding people back into their bodies and they intimate lives but with the the guidance you need with realistic timelines and advice.
The course is broken down into two parts. Part 1: Physical components of returning to sex and Part 2: Mental and Emotional aspects because its so much more than our body in sex and intimacy.
